In order to attract potential clients for the investment of assets located in the reverted areas, the Administrative Unit of Reverted Assets (UABR), attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), signed a participation agreement in Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir 2022.
The executive deputy secretary of the UABR, Esteban Ripoll, said that the entity has previously attended the real estate promotional fair, managing to obtain prospects and clients for the purchase of these properties.
"We reiterate our commitment to be part of Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir 2022, with the intention of getting the most benefit from the assets reverted to the State and Panamanians," said the UABR authority.
Ripoll added that the team would represent the institution from the Promotion and Sales Department, who are in charge of promoting the available goods.
On behalf of the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Developers (ACOBIR), José Amado, president of the Expo Real Estate Fair Committee 2022, accompanied Esteban Ripoll in the signing of the agreement. The event will be held from June 30 to 3 July and will bring together prestigious real estate brokerage companies and property development developers in the country.
