Reverted Assets contributed to State $10.7 million
The Administrative Unit of Reverted Property (UABR), an entity attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), contributed to State $10,757,559.35 proceeds from leases, concessions and sales, at the close of fiscal year 2022, reported Fernando Paniagua, Executive Secretary of the institution.
The report of the Department of Finance of the UABR, indicates that the accumulated collection at the end of 2022, in the leases of houses, lots and land registered a total of B/. 414,258.20. While the concessions of reverted areas were estimated in B/. 8,703,427.05 Paniagua specified.
He also explained that, in terms of land sales, through the public auctions, the collection was $1,477,712.75. He explained that other income recorded the accumulated amount of $162,161.35.
In 2023, will continue to promote investment in the areas reverted and at the same time executing a promotional strategy, in order to offer for sale the available goods with great potential for the development of logistics projects -port, commercial, tourism and residential in the Atlantic and Pacific sectors, concluded Paniagua.
