UABR contributes B/. 2.4 million For economic reactivation

During the first quarter of 2022, the Administrative Unit of Reverted Assets (UABR), generated income for the State for B/. 2,408,491.09 through leases, concessions and sales, summarizes a report from the entity attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
The Executive Secretary of the UABR, Fernando Paniagua, explained that the income generated by sales and public auctions in the period was B/. 463,700.00, and housing leases generated income of B/. 111,963.30.
Total income at the end of March 2022, the decisive commercial concessions for economic reactivation and job creation, represent more than 70% of the unit's income, with B/. 1,750,470.03, Paniagua stressed.
He pointed out that the current administration focused on taking advantage of the available reverted assets, in order to support the economic reactivation and the development of the commercial, industrial, logistics and tourism sectors within the reverted areas.
