Documents that must be presented by participants along with the proposal registration form

  • Proposal Form printed on 8 ½ x 14 sheet
  • Copy of the personal identification card, valid.
  • Power of Attorney in the Public Act, duly authenticated by a notary, in the event of not being present at the act, who signs the proposal [When Applicable]
  • Certification of Existence of the Proponent, duly authenticated by a notary if it is a copy
  • Declaration of Nominative Shares, duly authenticated by a notary whose amount exceeds B /. 500,000.00 if the proposer is a legal entity [When Applicable]
  • Peace and Safe Income in force
  • Peace and Safe Payment of the Employer Worker Fee to the current Social Security Fund
  • Affidavit of Retortion Measures, authenticated by a notary, if the proposer is a foreign natural or legal person (Law No. 58 of December 12, 2002) [When Applicable]
  • Legal Inability to Contract
  • Integrity Pact
  • Letter of Adherence to Sustainability Principles
  • Sworn statement authenticated by a notary, certifying the origin of the funds (Law 23 of April 27, 2015, modified by Law 21 of May 10, 2017)
  • Proposal bond for 10% of the estimated value of the property to be auctioned

All the aforementioned documentation must comply with the provisions of the tender documents, chapter II, special conditions, number 2.
